Terms of Service
1. What Zixxy is
Zixxy is a Restaurant Operating System — QR-code menus, ordering, staff dashboards, live operations, coupons, reservations, and analytics — delivered as a monthly subscription. Restaurant owners subscribe to a plan and use Zixxy to run their business.
2. Menu, price and GST accuracy
Each restaurant is solely responsible for the accuracy of their menu content, pricing, availability, GST number, and applicable tax rate. Zixxy is a technology platform and does not verify or endorse this content.
3. Payment terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The first month may include a one-time setup fee. If a subscription payment is not confirmed by the due date, the restaurant's dashboard and public menu may be suspended until payment is verified. Founder / launch-offer plans are governed by the terms disclosed at signup.
4. No-refund policy
There are NO refunds on the current billing period or on any one-time setup fee. Customers may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Customer data
Zixxy collects only what is needed to run the service: restaurant name/contact, staff logins, menu content, orders, and (optionally) customer phone/name at checkout for order tracking and receipts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
Zixxy is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zixxy is not liable for loss of revenue, missed orders, or any indirect/consequential damages arising from platform use, outages, or third-party services (UPI apps, DNS providers, image storage).
7. Account termination
Zixxy may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, fraud, illegal use, or breach of these terms. On cancellation, restaurant data is retained for a reasonable period so it can be re-activated on renewal.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Zixxy after updates constitutes acceptance.
